IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOFTWARE AND TARGET APPROACH TO THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEAT-AND-PRODUCT CHAIN

Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of using the program and target method in the implementation of the strategy of the development of meat-food chain in the Russian agro-food complex. The use of the program and target approach in the agro-food complex allows accumulating the interaction of economic entities included in the product chains, concentrating resources, especially limited ones, on priority areas of development, and realizing goals and objectives in a timely manner. A promising direction of development of the program and target approach is project management. The estimation of export opportunities of the national meat-and-product chain is given. The necessity of an export-oriented strategy for the development of the country's agro-food complex is substantiated.
