VILLAGE UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS: SUMMARY OF CHARACTERISTICS OF SOCIAL CAPACITY
Abstract
The article considers the state of rural social resources from the perspective of their ability to withstand unforeseen negative situations in the local and national dimension. It is shown that the potential for village resistance in many respects is weakened, which is associated with structural prerequisites, as well as with the detachment of a significant part of the members of rural communities from active participation in the arrangement of their habitat space. It is concluded that unforeseen situations are a reason for reformatting the concepts of supporting the positive trends in the preservation and development of the village.
