GLOBALIZATION AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: BASIC, TRENDS AND INFLUENCES
Abstract
The analysis of the main factors that determine the characteristics of children's well-being in the era of globalization is presented. The economic, demographic and socio-cultural determinants that affect the reproductive and adaptive capabilities of families with children are revealed. The global trends in the strengthening of the economic independence of women and the change in their role in the family, which are reflected in parent-child relations, have been analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the mechanisms and instruments of state social policy in order to eliminate the negative manifestations of the ongoing socio-economic changes and improve the level and quality of life of families with children.
