TRENDS AND PRIORITY AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL FOOD COMPLEX UNDER DESTABILIZING FACTORS AND LIMITATIONS
Abstract
The tendencies of structural adaptation of the agri-food complex of Russia to the multifactorial impact of external shocks of a destabilizing nature are analyzed. The characteristics of the dominant trends in structural changes are given, the features of the influence of the current global financial and economic crisis caused by the pandemic on the structural characteristics of the agri-food complex of Russia are analyzed. Based on the study of national capabilities and competitive advantages of the agri-food complex, the main factors influencing the competitive position of the country under the conditions of the action of destabilizing factors are highlighted. Proposals on measures of state regulation, including anti-crisis orientation, ensuring adaptation and development in new conditions have been formulated.
