ADAPTATION TRENDS AND MECHANISMS OF THE RUSSIAN AGRICULTURAL FOOD COMPLEX TO POST-CRISIS DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The influence of global trends in structural changes, formed under the influence of the current global financial and economic crisis caused by the pandemic, on the parameters of the development of the Russian agri-food complex is analyzed. The characteristic features of the structural adaptation of the agri-food complex of Russia to the conditions of action of destabilizing factors and restrictions are given. The influence of the dynamics and structural parameters of investments on the formation features of the institutional environment for financing sustainable development of the sectors of the agro-food complex has been investigated. Based on a study of national capabilities and competitive advantages of the agri-food complex, measures of state regulation were determined, including anti-crisis orientation, allowing one to ensure adaptation and development in new conditions.
