"Regional agrosystems: economics and sociology" - a periodical electronic scientific publication (registration certificate EL No. FS 77-34226 of November 26, 2008, ISSN 2077-5598).
The founder is the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science Institute of Agrarian Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The two-year impact factor of the journal in the RSCI is 0.612.
Full issues of the journal are in open access on the official website of the journal.
The journal publishes articles on the most pressing problems of the development of the agro-industrial complex, the theory of agrarian relations, food security, village sociology and ecology. Interdisciplinary developments and economic research using modern methods of mathematical modeling are expected.
The list of scientific directions of journal publications can be corrected without going beyond the socio-economic issues of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas.
The journal develops on a non-commercial basis and does not involve the payment of royalties. Publication is free of charge.
Rules for submitting, reviewing and publishing scientific articles
- General provisions
1.1. This order determines the conditions for the publication of articles in the Journal"Regional agrosystems: economics and sociology".
1.2. It is developed according to the requirements of the article 25, Part 1, Clause 34, Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”.
- Requirements to published materials
2.1.Requirements for published materials are established in accordance with GOST R 7.0.7-2009 "Articles in journals and collections. Publishing", as well as the Order No. 311-P of December 17, 2013.
- Procedure for presentation of works for publication
3.1. The material should be prepared in printed and electronic form and submitted to the editorial board (responsible editor) of the journal.
3.2. The article must comply with the "Guide for Authors" and should be formatted as follows: manuscript size from 5 to 12 pages, the line spacing is 1. The area of the text on a paper 25 × 17 cm (margins: top, bottom, left, right - 2 cm). The indentation should be the same throughout the text (1cm).Times New Roman font. Font size is 12. Text is width-justified. Carriers are included. Page numbering is solid, from the 1st page, down center.
3.3. It is necessary to translate Metadata into English in accordance with the norms of the language (through the Google translator is not accepted).
3.4. Materials submitted to the publication are not returned.
3.6. The works submitted for publication are sent to check the presence of incorrect borrowings using the Antiplagiat system (originality should be at least 80%). In case of finding a fact of plagiarism, work from this author on the presented topic is no longer accepted.
3.7. If requested, a certificate of acceptance of materials for publication (after editorial editing and reviewing) may be provided.
- The order of reviewing
4.1. Received article undergoes expert review during 1month by members of the expert council in accordance with the profile of the article.
4.2. The reviews are kept in the editorial office for at least 5 years.
4.3. Articles sent to the authors for revision should be returned to the scientific publications department not later than a month after receiving, with amendments and a covering letter with a reply to the expert's comments and a description of made corrections.
4.5. Copies of the review are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon admission to the editorial office of the relevant request.
- The order of publishing
5.1. In the case of a positive expert review, after getting the final version of the material and the observance of all the above requirements and rules, the article may be submitted for publication.
5.2. Before publication, the article passes editorial revision, as a result of which it can be reduced and corrected. Editorial staff must necessarily acquaint the author with the corrections of the material.
- Author’s responsibility
6.1.The authors of the works are responsible for the content of the materials in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The editorial board (editor in chief) is not responsible for the materials published in the author's edition.
6.3.Scientific supervisors bear equal responsibility with the author for the materials of the publication (confirmed by the signature of the scientific supervisors).
- Copyright and proprietary rights
7.1.The author transfers the right to publish by his signature under the article and guarantees that it is original (the article and drawings had not been published in other journals), and also agrees to the processing of his personal data.
7.2. The proprietary rights to publication, unless otherwise is stipulated by the terms of the license agreement, belong to the founder of the periodical electronic scientific publication "Regional agrosystems: economics and sociology".
