AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS, AGROHOLDING AND PRIVATE FARM – THREE WAYS OF CHANGE OF AGRARIAN STRUCTURE IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article analyzes the social and economic structure of Russian farms after the agrarian reform. Among the existing four socio-economic structures, three are promising: agricultural organizations, peasant farms and agro-holdings. With the growth of production in the agro-industrial complex, the pattern of personal subsidiary plots will decline.

As a result of the reform, many rural settlements and villages fell into decay. It is emphasized that in Russia the development of rural settlements is important not only from the economic side, but also from the social one. Both sides of settlement development are important for the territorial development of the country. The question is raised about the type of settlement development. The main social types are distinguished, including the forms of farms: collective, farm (peasant), personal subsidiary, agro-holding, etc.

It is concluded that for the development of rural settlements, their territories, it is necessary to support agricultural organizations and peasant farms.
