SPECIAL FEATURES OF A NEW STRATEGY FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF RURAL YOUTH

Abstract

The article analyzes a number of typical options for capacity building in rural communities at the expense of young people, who have a motivation for living in the countryside and implement socially responsible life plans. They are described essential characteristics of the category of young rural population, which voluntarily associate their life projects with the village, and not only because of compelled circumstances. They often set ambitious plans and successfully implement them. It was concluded that the analysis of rural realities should be more fully taken into account the circumstances of a subjective nature, since in the choice of options for life strategies of rural young people they play no less a role than objective factors.
