MODERN STATE OF DAIRY PRODUCTS SUBCOMPLEX OF THE SARATOV REGION

Abstract

The article analyzes the dairy products subcomplex of the Saratov region and its importance in the structure of the agroindustrial complex. The dynamics of production and economic indicators of the dairy products subcomplex is presented. In the course of the study, the necessity of effective interactions of subcomplex subjects in the production and promotion of high-quality dairy products is substantiated with the aim of increasing its competitiveness and ensuring food security. The experience of implementing projects for the modernization of one of the large dairy plants in the region is presented. The conclusion about the need to use new tools to develop the dairy subcomplex is made.
