LAND OWNERSHIP AND ITS SOCIALIZATION IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article examines the history of the concept of socialization of land ownership, and gives a definition. The article analyzes the issues of socialization of property as a global trend of social development, the creation of collective and public goods, the role of the public sector as a supplier of public goods, and new forms of collective property.

It is emphasized that the socialization of property can be carried out in many directions. This includes the regulation by the state of the relations of ownership, use and disposal of private land owners, various forms of encumbrances imposed, strengthening of state and municipal property, increasing the area of their land, etc.

The types of regulatory states are considered: social and socialized, socialist and capitalist. The author points to the development of productive forces as the reason for socialization.
