THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF FORMATION OF THE RURAL HEALTH CARE AS A SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC RESOURCE TO ENSURE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE RUSSIAN AIC INDUSTRY
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of rural health care. The theoretical provisions on the structural complexity, diversity, specificity of the problems of social and economic development of the rural area and the need to use non-standard approaches to resolve them are generalized. The author's approach has been developed, which makes it possible to prove that the reduction in the networks of medical organizations, the low resource provision of rural health care, the inconsistency of the structure of the networks of medical organizations and their location with the peculiarities of the rural settlement of Russia are the main reasons for the decrease in the availability of medical care in the village. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for changing the organization of rural health care in the context of a pandemic in order to improve the social well-being of the rural population.
