INFLUENCE OF CONDITIONS AND FACTORS ON SOCIAL RESOURCES OF SMALL BUSINESSES
Abstract
The article outlines the sociological content and the prevailing nature of the influence of a number of basic conditions and factors on the state of social resources of small business in the countryside. The following conditions and factors are highlighted as the main ones: state policy, targeted programs for the development of farming, access to finance, administration of the process, educational and qualification potential of subjects of farming activities, socio-cultural norms characterizing entrepreneurial activity and motivation of proactive agrarians in rural communities. The sociological assessment of these impacts was carried out in the contextual plane of favoring the processes of strengthening and developing the social potential of small business or hindering them. It has been established that the external environmental conditions of influence, combining a number of factors, along with an impulse effect on the intensification of farmerization, more often have a negative influence. Protectionism, ineffective work of officials, and unmet demand for participation in these programs for the development of farming are factors that need of social adjustment.
