Abstract

The article presents the results of study of institutional, investment, scientific and technological opportunities for interaction between the Republic of Belarus and the Saratov region of the Russian Federation in the dairy market. The specifics of inter-regional institutional cooperation at the supranational, national and regional levels have been identified; mechanisms of public-private partnership and investor protection, and specialized institutions for regional development have been identified; priority directions of joint investment and innovation projects and research activities have been established.
