Abstract

The article notes the growing possibility of choosing employment for rural residents, which is available both in places of residence and in remote territories. The choice is determined by organizational and ethos-related factors, health, and the meanings of the actors' life activities. Priority in the choice of places of work are the possibility of joint work of small groups connected by a sense of fellow-countrymanship, and polyprofessionalism.
