SUBSTANTIATION OF SOCIAL PARAMETERS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIES UNDER CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL INSTABILITY
Abstract
The paper examines the specifics of developing a system of social parameters for the sustainable development of rural territories in a situation of socio-economic instability. Based on a study of approaches to the essence of the concept of "social parameters," their measurement, and the degree to which they are substantiated by current regulatory and legal documents, the features of their application for studying various aspects of the sustainability of rural territories (in combination with ecological resources, health and well-being of the population, the level of happiness, etc.) are identified. A system of assessment indicators for the sustainable development of rural territories has been developed based on an analysis of economic, ecological, social, and infrastructural sustainability. The proposed system of indicators makes it possible to carry out an economic-mathematical analysis of ongoing processes in order to study the dynamics of sustainability, identify, and model the drivers, factors, and barriers to sustainable development.
