DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A WAY TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROCESS IN AGRICULTURE
Abstract
The concept of technology transfer has been clarified. It has been substantiated that effective transmission of information requires the ability to absorb, explain, interpret and apply new knowledge. Special attention is paid to the Lassuela communication model. The authors believe that this model should form the basis of technology transfer in agriculture as a means of delivering information to the user. To find out what sources of information are used by agricultural producers of the Saratov region, a questionnaire survey was conducted. It showed that it is most convenient to obtain the necessary information through Internet resources. Based on this, it is proposed to create a scientific and technological platform that should help farmers interact with scientific centers, learn about current scientific achievements in the field of crop production, animal husbandry, and selection.
