FORMATION OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF AGRARIAN PRODUCTION AS A FACTOR OF FOOD SECURITY IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The article summarizes the author's theoretical, methodological and applied research on the formation and use of the resource potential of agricultural production in Russia. The long-term trends in the formation and use of resource potential in modern conditions are revealed. The key directions of the implementation of the state agrarian policy in the resource sphere of agricultural production have been substantiated. The economic and mathematical substantiation of achieving a balance of resource potential has been carried out. The forecast of the output of agricultural production is calculated depending on the dynamics of the relative indicators of the efficiency of the labor and capital use. Necessary resource support for the export potential of agricultural production has been calculated, taking into account changes in world prices for agricultural products.
