INSTITUTE OF AGRARIAN PROBLEMS OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES: YEARS OF THE FORMATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC TEAM (1980–1990)
Abstract
The article breaks the cycle of publications, the preparation of which is timed to the approaching anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and contains the results of the study of the period of formation of the creative team of the Institute of Agrarian Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The formation of the Institute was due to the need to develop fundamental scientific research on the formation of the national agro-industrial complex, a systematic study of the economic, social, environmental and legal problems of the implementation of the food program of the country.
The article presents an analysis of the results of the scientific activities of the Institute’s staff from 1980 to 1990. It provides an assessment of their importance for Russian agricultural science, and evidences that strengthening international cooperation has allowed the Institute to conduct research on a qualitatively new level. development.
