ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN THE AGRICULTURAL FOOD COMPLEX OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The article discusses the main organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of integration in the agricultural sector of Russia. The interaction of various business entities is analyzed. The autonomy of the development of peasant farm economies and personal subsidiary farms of the population from other household structures is revealed, which contrasts with the world practice of contracting large agricultural firms and farms. An assessment of changes in the structure of livestock of farm animals by farm categories is given. It was revealed that agricultural entities of small business are weakly or unreliably integrated into food chains, which reduces their competitiveness and forms negative economic factors. The necessity of forming a model of effective interaction between large and small forms of management, which will allow realizing the synergistic effect of support measures, is proved. The implementation of this model will reduce social tension in rural areas and ensure the growth of employment.
