SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF THE THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF A COMPETITIVE RURAL SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate an innovative theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of policies that ensure the high competitiveness of rural social infrastructure. The author's approach has been developed, which makes it possible to identify the main reasons for the low competitiveness of socially significant sectors of rural infrastructure, to substantiate the need for an innovative theoretical and methodological approach to the functioning of the leading sectors of rural infrastructure, as separate subsystems of national socially significant systems, necessary to increase their competitiveness. The practical significance of the article is reflected in the proposed recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of rural health care, education, culture for its subsequent application in management practice.
