A COMPLEX OF MEASURES TO FORM SUSTAINABLE DEMAND FOR FLAXSEEDS AND PROCESSED PRODUCTS IN THE DOMESTIC MARKET OF BELARUS
Abstract
The article analyzes and assesses the current state of the global flaxseed market. The conditions and factors driving demand growth in the world flaxseed market are investigated, and the importance of increasing their production and consumption in the domestic market of Belarus is substantiated. A set of measures is proposed to form sustainable demand among the population and economic entities for flaxseeds and their processed products in the medium and long term, and the creation of a specialized marketplace for "healthy" products in the republic is justified.
